About Us

We want to assure you that you will be working with professionals on all levels. The Biographies of Shadow Wings Consulting’s Executive Management will give you an idea of the degree of our competence. We have diverse backgrounds, education and experience levels from which to draw.

Collectively, we have amassed over 45 years of experience. You will find each of us unique, personable, honest and capable of handling any task you have to offer.

We are able to draw from a group of professional people from various businesses to aid us in our research.

Reasons for forming Shadow Wings Consulting

Due to Corporate Downsizing, illness that forced change, and Baby-Boomer trepidation for the future, we decided to take the years of experience we have amassed to help others. We have seen many bright and competent people open a business and struggle because they knew their product and services, but did not have the skills necessary.

We want to be the shadow of a presence behind your business taking flight.

We have chosen the consulting business because we realize the old ways of marketing and doing business are no longer working. The competition has taken on a completely new dimension, and if business owners do not see and understand these changes they will cease to exist.

Large Corporations, such as WalMart and Target, etc., have pushed the little companies out by incorporating Auto Service Centers, Beauty Salons, Nail Salons, Photo Studios, Grocery Stores, Banks, etc. under one roof.  The Automobile manufacturers are now competing with the small repair shops by offering lower interest, longer warranties, and more frills to their service. These, and similar changes, are happening in every industry. They are forcing the smaller industries to re-invent themselves in order to compete.

The climate is right for those open-minded enough to foresee changes, and willing to make adjustments. We want to be a part of that spirit of renewal.
